A city in celebration!

3 races in the program: National Trail of the Valley of Lakes, 54 km long with a positive difference in height of 2600 m on mountain paths of the Vosges (departure at 7 am), stage of TRAIL TOUR NATIONAL 2013 and a discovery trail on a route of 11 km with difference in height of 450 m (departure at 9 am) A gourmand walking organized in association with the AVEM which will allow to discover the alpine area of Gérardmer while tasting local products (departure between 8h30am and 1 pm) by a preliminary registration only.

Triathlon Xterra in Xonrupt-Longemer on July 9th and 10th of this year!
The XTerra, so called Triathlon Nature, is characterized by the swimming in free water (in the lake of Longemer), the mountain cycling and a running in the form of trail, in roads.
At the end of the stage in Longemer, 34 places will be attributed for the world final in Hawaii.
The scheduled races
- Bare XTerra (500 m of swimming, 17 km MOUNTAIN BIKE, 5 km of running trail)
- XTerra mini--kids (100 m of swimming, 1,2 km MOUNTAIN BIKE, 400 m of running trail)
- XTerra Kids (200 m of swimming, 2,8 km MOUNTAIN BIKE, 1 km of running trail)
- XTerra France (on 1500 m of swimming, 34 km MOUNTAIN BIKE, 10 km of running trail): individual competition or by team of 3 in relay.

Come to cross routes between lakes, fir trees and thatches. Exceptional points of view.
Organized by the Gérardmer Bike Sport and the Ski Departmental Committee of the Vosges with the cooperation of the communes of Xonrupt-Longemer, Gérardmer, La Bresse, Rochesson, Vagney, Cornimont and Ventron.

- Departure and arrival in Xonrupt on the site of the Lake of Longemer.
- 5 tests in the program: track Marathon 75 km, Track of the Vosges 50 km, Mini- track 25 km, Tracks kid 11 - 14 years, Track mini-kid 06 to 10 years.
